Passive acoustic requirements
The law sets for almost all destination uses minimum values of insulation facade, airborne noise isolation between neighbouring residential units and isolation from the noise of trampling.
There have been several disputes that led to compensation to the buyers because of design and construction that have not taken into account as required by applicable law.
Final tests to verify
The decree raises the requirement for new buildings and renovations of the municipal technical presentation to the preliminary draft, prepared by a qualified engineer, and the final test in place for the certification of compliance with the limits.
