Energy savings buildings
- Determination of energy performance for air conditioning in winter and summer.
- Calculation of the overall performance of the heating season average.
- Observance of the transmittance values for the structures opaque vertical, horizontal or inclined, as well as transparent closures.
- Requirements that engineers need to refer when designing new buildings or renovation, for regulatory compliance in the field of energy efficiency. This allows our company to provide a service on completion and integration of the relationship of passive acoustic requirements.
Energy certification of buildings
The new buildings and existing ones to which from 1 July 2009 to include the transfer for value, even of individual property units, shall be provided with energy certification.
In accordance with procedures existing regional entities certifying our technicians are qualified to issue energy certification of buildings.
